Fees
We don’t get paid unless or until we make a recovery for the client. Our attorneys’ fees are expressly set out in our retaining contract. Once the client has reviewed, approved and signed our contract, we are thereafter, engaged in the representation of that client. We represent most clients on a contingency fee agreement which means we are paid a percentage of the client’s recovery only upon the resolution of the case, pursuant to the previously signed retaining contract. There is no fee unless we make a recovery for the client.
